Mobile Gaming
Thug Life is a Facebook Instant Game and mobile game developed by Playco. Our task was to improve the LTV (long-term value) of their users and to scale advertising efforts whilst maintaining good performance.
01.
We helped Playco build a strong tracking system to be able to gather and utilize important user data across all their platforms (FB, iOS, Android). With that data, we built detailed audiences that would be the base for our subsequent optimizations.

We activated new channels one after the other, making sure that the data was accurate, and scaled over weeks of planned campaigns. We successfully expanded Playco’s advertising efforts from just Facebook – to Google, Snapchat, TikTok, and various other ad networks.

A big part of our strategy to improve the LTV and to keep it high as we scaled the ad spend, was to rely heavily on re-targeting – using the audiences we built at the start of our cooperation. This allowed us to recover churned users and upsell existing ones, increasing the ROAS by a good margin.
